Jenn talks about an old friend from high school who is a new listener and reminisces about some rather blue comments in an early episode. David shares his cringe-inducing story about peeing in a cup and relates his evening as the Pied Piper of D&D at the park with a stranger. Finally, onto the cross-media portion of the s show, David and Jenn talk about a terrible and great movie they watched, Jenn tries to defend Harry Potter, and they both anticipate upcoming films Book of Eli and Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Better Than Jenn Show
Born of a faltering blog, the name is based on an inside joke between David and Jenn and serves as a constant reminder to David’s misogynistic views. The irony of it is that Jenn is better at most of the behind the scenes stuff, but David will never admit that on air. Since he has the more dynamic personality of the two, it may never get acknowledged or recognized. They talk a little about life, news, and pop culture, but a hearty amount of video games and zombies serve as a solid foundation.
